* A student participating in the main event (30 September) is entitled to coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner, certificate of participation, and paper publication.
After June 15, 2026
* A student participating in the main event (30 September) is entitled to coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner, certificate of participation, and paper publication.
Regular Registration Fee Includes
- Publication of one full paper up to 8 pages (A4) in the conference proceedings
- One Certificate of participation
- Refreshment breaks (1 person)
- Lunch (1 person)
- Gala dinner with live music (1 person)
Note: Co-authors who wish to attend the conference and/or receive a certificate are obliged to pay the additional registration fee for Accompanying person.
Accompanying person fee (co-authors or participants without a paper) includes: coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner, certificate of participation.
Additional Fees
In case there are more than three co-authors, for each additional co-author, 20€ will be added to the overall registration fee amount.
If a full paper exceeds 8 pages (A4 size), each additional page will be subject to a charge of 20€.

For international payments, authors and participants are kindly requested to contact the organizing committee via email future-bme@uns.ac.rs in order to receive a proforma invoice and payment instructions. Please note that all transaction charges shall be borne by the payer.
