Conference Program

Program & Venues

The conference opening and plenary presentations will take place at Vrdnička Kula. The subsequent sessions will run in parallel in two rooms at Vrdnička Kula and in the Tisa and Zova rooms at the Mövenpick Hotel. Both venues are located within the Fruške Terme complex.

Please review the preliminary program and let us know if your planned mode of presentation has changed or if you have any other comments or corrections.

If you are presenting online, please check the instructions for online participants and join the Zova room in good time before your session.

Presentations & Posters

Due to the large number of contributions, we kindly ask all speakers to limit their presentations to a maximum of seven minutes.

Posters will be displayed digitally on TV screens at Vrdnička Kula. If you have not yet sent us your poster or presentation slides, please do so before the conference. Having the materials ready in advance will help the sessions run smoothly and stay on schedule.

Review of Full Papers & Proceedings

Due to the large number of submissions, the review of full papers will continue after the conference. All accepted abstracts may be presented at the conference, even if the review of the corresponding full paper has not been completed by 30 September. We expect the conference proceedings to be ready within two months after the conference.
